14-day refund
If you bought a product on upbeatengine.com, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
- Email support@upbeatengine.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include the email address you used to buy and your order number.
- We deactivate the license and refund the purchase price to your original payment method through the payment provider that processed your order.
How long the money takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
Try before you buy
Trial versions are available so you can test a product in your own setup before you buy.
After 14 days
After 14 days, please contact us at support@upbeatengine.com. We review each request on its merits. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Purchases made elsewhere
If you bought through the Apple App Store, the Microsoft Store or an authorized distributor, refunds are handled by that seller under its own policy.
